PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop.Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance and requires a down payment.
On pre-order, we give customers availability-guarantee and are sure requested items are in stock for them.
No cancellations and No refunds. Displayed prices are for immediate orders and request and paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices include applicable taxes and Vat, which are determined according to your billing address/location/country.
The final price can be seen on the purchase page, before payment is completed. The Ad/Discount Vouchers are third party services and products and therefore are subject to the Terms of Use of such providers.
- Down payment/full payments is required for all orders & should be made via POS Channels (PAYSTACK, PAYPAL, QUICKTELLER or INTERSWITCH, Bank Deposit or Bank Transfers is required for all orders.
- For down payment - 80% of item price.
2. Balance payment to be paid once item/s arrived before shipping.
3. Estimated Date of Arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule of our selected courier. Schedule may not be accurate. Especially when items are from U.S./CHINA & TURKEY Shipping ETA from these locations are approximately 40-days arrival from date of confirming your order and payment. This may take a little longer than we expect. So please, manage your expectations when it comes to ETA. But we can assure a maximum of 30-days arrival, or your money-back guarantee.* (please see separate note)
4. Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold. Down payments are not refundable & can not be exchange for other tools/items/services (Except on very special cases but rarely).
5. When ordered items arrived. Buyers have 1 week (7 Days) to settle their unpaid balance. As buyer ABSOLUTELY & IRREVOCABLY AGREES and TESTIFY'S without any PREJUDICE and SOLICITATION that we have the express right to sell the item to other interested buyers as No refund policy applies.
6. If in case, your ordered item/s did not arrived to us, we will refund your down payment in full.
7. Orders without any payment made will be automatically cancelled.
8. All pre-order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns/exchange/ cancellation after payment is made.
9. For customers who expect immediate delivery of pre-order items and cannot conform with the pre-order timeline, we highly recommend NOT TO PLACE ORDER to avoid mismanaged expectations and misunderstanding in the future. We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline arrival & delivery.

*ON ETA: 60-day refund policy Usually products arrive on time, if and when delays (that are due to circumstances beyond our control) occur greater than 60-days, we will provide full refund of payment made or a compromise agreement can be discussed by both parties (Shmily Shop & the Buyer).
